Chat Support Followup

As a followup to my previous post on ecommerce hints , one of our clients reported that using chat support for ecommerce has helped them close a couple of large sales. They don't get many chats requesting support, but it does seem worthwhile.

I've also been updating Community Builder to the current 1.4 release. If your site uses sh404sef, I've been updating that as well.
