About the project
The idea
Most mortgage sites exist to capture your phone number. Know Mortgage set out to do the opposite: offer tips and resources that help people make an informed decision about a lender for their next mortgage or refinance, with no pressure and no regrets.
Why Joomla
A guidance site lives or dies by its content. Joomla's categories, tags and menus let the content grow without turning into a maze, and editors can add articles without touching the design. Design that earns trust
Nobody reads financial advice on a cluttered page. We kept the design quiet and readable: clear headings, plenty of white space and no aggressive pop-ups. The tone of the layout matches the tone of the content.
Getting found
Educational content only helps if people can reach it. We also supported the site with marketing, covering content planning and search basics so the right readers land on the right articles.
