I first reached out to 3by400 because I have known Bridgette since high school.  At first, they came to my rescue with some JoomlAid, but more recently, we have turned more of our web management over to 3by400.  We are very pleased with their responsiveness, ability to identify and resolve issues, and would highly recommend them to anyone.
