CEO Bridgette Anderson has managed to accumulate a fierce set of systems administration, programming, website design/development, and training skills. Her background in web design and development started with supporting local ministry websites and a regional health department; today she is 3by400’s Owner & CEO.

After earning a Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business Administration from Shorter University in Rome, Bridgette Anderson continued to develop her skill set while working in Georgia’s State & Local Government.

Bridgette lives in Dalton with her husband and children. She enjoys utilizing those skills in working with the 3by400 team to produce quality websites that go beyond the client’s expectations.

As our senior technologist, Bridgette helps design the solution that we offer each client, then works to ensure that every aspect of our projects is technically accurate and appropriate. Bridgette provides overall management, update, and tuning for the 3by400 hosting environment, and also leads our custom development efforts. She also participates in training our clients and ensuring that their support needs are handled on a timely basis.

Keith Criswell is a Web developer with over 20 years of experience as a programmer, systems administrator and consultant. He enjoys writing code that turns static Web pages into living, useful applications, and helps develop interfaces for content management and forum software.

After earning his computer science degree, he returned to his Dawsonville, Georgia home, where he lives with his wife and a small horde of cats.

Keith works primarily on custom development and server administration with the 3by400 team. He helps customize extension environments for the perfect fit or neutralizes sticky situations. Keith is also very active on our support desk.

Antonio is a developer with over 20 years of experience. He enjoys integrating different systems so they work together harmoniously. He has worked with Joomla! for more than 20 years, and is the creator of Joomdle, a series of extensions for integrating Joomla! and Moodle. He has also created some other Joomla! and Moodle extensions.

Antonio has degrees in Economics and Computer Science. He has worked for several small companies in Madrid and he now splits his time between working for the regional government and his independent contractor projects.

Antonio is from and currently lives in Cáceres, a small city in Spain. In his free time he likes to surf, especially in Portugal. Antonio’s primary role at 3by400 is to create custom, finely-tuned web tools.
