Most of you have Google Analytics installed on your site. I hope you look at the Analytics reports every month or so. If not, I encourage you to dust it off and re-examine the statistics. To help you make sense of the numbers, I just passed the
Google Analytics Individual Qualification(IQ) test. Anyone can take the lessons for free, but the certification test costs a bit and is valid for 18 months. The test was, quite fankly, tougher than I thought it would be. Passing grade is 80%, and I'm pleased to report that I scored 90%. Beth and I are encouraging all our team members to follow suit and become certified. Google analytics is a very powerful tool that can answer a lot of questions about what people are doing on your site.
