Our experience with 3by400 has been one of learning and understanding. I was in the dark about setting up a web site, and they helped me understand what was important about the site in terms of driving business for Lava.

As the owner of a successful Aveda(R) hair salon it is very important for our site to be functional, beautiful, and well-connected on the world-wide web. I am trying to reach a wide audience that expects to see a polished, informative web-site that reflects the service that they will receive when visiting our salon. Our goal is to communicate The Lava Experience online.

Once we got the look and organization we wanted, our salon director Vanessa, is now able to successfully update our site and really just worry about the information--not how to insert text and images. Since 3by400 set us up with Joomla, the site has become a true marketing tool for us that is fluid and under our control.
