The 3by400 web design team was formed in 2006 as a result of three individuals who have been working together on projects in the North Georgia area (Dahlonega and Suches), but as individual organizations. What has really brought us together in a big way is Joomla! Sound confusing?

Brent Laminack and Gerry Sommers had been working together successfully on projects for a few years. Brent then hooked up with Beth Snider in order to develop some applications for her existing clients. When an opportunity arose for the three to work collaboratively on a project, they decided that each person had unique talents to bring to the table, and that together, it was a great combination.

Our company also includes consultants Rhonda Bailey, Brooke Morris, and Lucinda Loafman. They are great new additions to our team, catching on to our work style quickly and working hard. Be looking for new faces in the future!

Although he has always been passionate about artistic design, Brooke followed another passion after graduation, working as an investigator for Lumpkin County Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS).

Austin, in Nacogdoches, TX and has taught English as a Second Language for many years in public schools in TX and OK. She is the administrator for an adult English language learners program and serves on the Executive Board of Oklahoma Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages.
